A 50% advance payment of the total payable amount is required for camp booking. Check our cancellation policy.
We would request you to carry sufficient cash amount for balance payment. Acceptance of payment via debit/credit card might be an issue due to poor or no internet connectivity.
Anybody found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious ailment, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, expecting mothers etc) unfit for any reason/s, etc; then in such a case the guide/instructor will decide whether to allow performing any of the organized adventure activities.
Campingale.com suggests you not to carry bulky clothes like saree, long skirts, suits, etc. Shorts, T-shirts preferably of synthetic material, floaters/sandals, sunglasses with strings are recommended. Since it is a cold destination, we advice you to pack enough sweaters, jackets, boots, hoodie jackets, warmers, gloves, warm cap, etc
Bonfire is common for all the campers. Bonfire in rainy conditions may not be guaranteed
Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited inside the tents
Tents, once set, cannot be moved from one location to the other

Non-veg food may not be available during certain festivals
