No Refund, if visitors deny to stay into the camps for any personal reason. Campingale.Com always provide the same camp and same package as mentioned on the website. Check and read all the camp details carefully before selecting the camp (Eg. facilities, distance from parking, photographs etc.)

Execution and completion of all the activities mentioned in the 24 hours' package would completely be depend upon the visitor's timely readiness.

In case of road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storm or any other natural disaster etc. we shall not be responsible for any refund of fare. It is advised not to get violent physically or verbally with the locals whether travelling within the city or around

Children must not be left unattended in the units. Children must be continuously supervised by their guardians (adults) who are to be very responsible for their welfare and behavior.
You may need to walk from campsite to activity site. The walking (easy/difficult) distance varies from camp to camp. Read the camp pages thoroughly on our website before finalizing the camp and making the advance payment or Call our representative at 8800773065.
50% advance payment of the total payable amount is required for camp booking. Check our cancellation policy.
We would request you to carry sufficient cash amount for balance payment. Acceptance of payment via debit/credit card might be an issue due to poor or no internet connectivity.
Anybody found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious ailment, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, expecting mothers etc) unfit for any reason/s, etc; then in such a case the guide/instructor will decide whether to allow performing any of the organized adventure activities.
Bonfire in rainy conditions may not be guaranteed. Also, bonfire arrangements depends from camp to camp as per the tourist footfall.
Going alone in the desert is strictly prohibited. Necessary permissions need to be taken from camp officials.
First aid kit will be provided by camp volunteers, in case of minor injuries
Non veg food may not be available during certain festivals
Girls especially who are either solo travellers or come in group should ensure safety measures and abide to the timings set. Campingale.com suggests do not befriend any stranger and also advise you to not get involved in any troublesome situation. We hold no responsibility for any such situation.
Washroom facilities whether common or attached with camp/cottage are subject to property type.
